OPRI Help Centre for Supplier Administrators - v0.7
OPRI Dashboard

Once you have logged in, you will see the OPRI Dashboard. The dashboard provides you with an overview of the status of your product datasheets, and gives you shortcuts to important areas of the website.  A datasheet is a file that is connected to a product in OPRI, and lists the specific characteristics and details, such as product codes, descriptions and technical details.

The table and pie chart give an overview of the progress and status of your product datasheets:

Below the navigation bar at the top of the Dashboard, on the left, is a table that lists how many products you have added to the system so far, how many product datasheets you have worked on, and what progress you have made. For example, it will tell you how many products have datasheets, and how many of them have been finished and published.  To see which products are in a certain category listed in the table, simply click on the category and you will be directed to the Product Catalogue page which contains the list of products, filtered by the category you selected to view.

To the right of the table you will find a pie chart which gives you a quick visual picture of the details of the table on the left.

This table and pie chart collect all the information from the datasheets for each product.
